I am Karin Gibson, certified dietitian from Sweden. 

I believe in preventing before treating, food before drugs. What we eat has an enormous impact of our health and wellbeing, and luckily, the same foods that have proven to the best for our hearts and bodies, are also the best for our planet. I believe that plant-based eating is the future, and this blog is for anyone interested in grazing more greens. Hopefully you will enjoy some of my favourite recipes or learn something new about nutrition.
